Who We Are
The Full Story
​Being true to the name of our foundation, Tears of the Earth (TOE), we are a
group of conscious beings with a broad spectrum of means to work for one
common end: the prosperity of our Planet Earth.
The aim is to tap and refine the potential hidden among people, to make them
robust and productive for the greater good.
Initiated more than a decade ago, TOE was just a thought which came across
the minds of a few school-going students. Students concerned for their
environment wanted to bring a change and change the lives of the upcoming
generations.
TOE foundation works towards the well-being of our planet Earth and its species. It aims to acknowledge and influence people's visions and work towards refining their hidden potential, coming together as a family to help keep our planet healthy. It may seem challenging, but we've got it down to just a realization. We focus on behavioral changes, which we believe is a slow but permanent process.
The foundation started with a focus on spreading environmental awareness and educating individuals to protect it; working towards understanding and enhancing spirited individuals and society is our way to saving our struggling planet. Moreover, we encouraged and got involved in clean-up drives, street acts, rallies for climate protection, and bringing Research and Development initiatives amongst the
reach of aspiring saviors; this includes eco-clubs, sustainable development
projects, and scientific workshops.
We want to educate everyone about how much we need to stress over being
an antidote for the planet and our survival. There is a whole range of
activities, from performing street plays and organizing health check-up camps
to volunteering services for education and nourishment of the planet. We
approach every challenge holistically, with expertise in creativity, management,
and mobilization.
With the expertise and outreach of our people at the grassroots level, we have
brought some transformative changes in rural areas and mobilized youth for
moral and innovative environmental leadership.
With time and the support of society and many other organizations who have the same concern as ours, we have become whatever we are today, as a recognized community that has, is, and will always work till we stop the tears of the Earth.
In a nutshell, TOE works for the betterment of the Earth and the Species on it. We work together as a family to acknowledge people and show our vision so that they can understand and be a part of our family. We are No Businessmen, No Teachers, and No policymakers; we are Believers who believe in the power of humanity (which is above all religion, race, sex, etcetera), which is the key to making the Earth better than it used to be in the beginning.
We are not different; what we want is to do things differently so that people can understand what problems we all have created and what should be done to compensate for the same.
